Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes – we ship worldwide. We offer customers free USA and International Shipping with tracking. There is NO shipping cost & NO sales tax. Hurray!

What are your shipping and processing times?

Standard Shipping Times (Business Days)

• Australia + New Zealand: 7 - 15 days
• USA and Canada: 7 - 15 days
• United Kingdom: 5 - 15 days
• Europe: 10 – 22 days
• Other countries: 20 – 40 days

Processing Times

Orders can sometimes take 2-4 days to process after placing the order before shipping out.

Order Updates & Cancellations

Order updates and cancellations must be requested within 3 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed, your order will have already begun processing and we will be unable to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at aristoque.reply@gmail.com if you need to update or cancel your order.

Where can I find my tracking number?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive notification from us via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us and we'll fix it!

Unexpected Delays
